The Seventh-day Adventist Church in Remera is making a big dream come true! They’ve started building a new and modern temple that follows the City of Kigali’s plan. This incredible project will cost around one billion and 300 million Rwandan francs. The exciting journey began with a special ceremony on May 21, 2023, in Remera Sector, Gasabo District, where people gathered to celebrate this momentous occasion.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Did you know that the Remera Seventh Day Adventist Church used to be a liquor store before it became a church in 1989? It’s a fantastic story of transformation! The church’s leader shared, “The building that used to sell alcohol now welcomes people to worship Jesus and share the good news with everyone in our country.”<\/p>\n\n\n\n

A Marvelous Modern Building:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The new temple will be stunning! Once finished, it will have a big church to fit 3500 people, a room for 500 folks, a library, a gym, guest rooms, and a parking lot for 200 cars. That’s not all \u2013 this project will also create over 20,000 job opportunities to help the local community.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

The leaders of the Seventh Day Adventist Church are determined to finish the construction within a year. They say it’s crucial to complete it on time, and they’re working hard to make it happen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
